Justin Bieber’s arrest is making global headlines and it is setting social media sites on fire. Funny memes are floating around Facebook and Twitter and late night talk show hosts had a field day last night.

But remember, Bieber is just 19-years-old and the crimes he’s accused of are alarming. HLN’s Mike Galanos talked with criminal defense attorney Mark Eiglarsh who says the singer is getting special treatment because of his celeb status.

Mike also talked with former “The Hills” and “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” star Jason Wahler. Wahler famously struggled with an alcohol addiction and even spent some time locked up himself.
